Privacy Policy — Hermes Mobile

What these apps are

Hermes Agent Remote & Leash and Hermes AI Agent Leash are phone remotes for a Hermes AI agent that runs on your computer. They are published by Igor Ganapolsky (Play developer IgorGanapolsky, legal entity Max Smith KDP LLC). They are not on-device phone chatbots.

Data these apps may process

• Device identifiers used for optional product analytics (PostHog) and crash reporting (Sentry). You can turn analytics off in Settings.
• App interactions such as screen views and pairing success, only when analytics are enabled.
• Crash logs and diagnostics when the app fails, so we can fix production bugs.
• Camera only to scan a pairing QR shown on your computer. Images are not uploaded to us.
• Chat text, API keys, and agent transcripts stay on your computer (the Hermes gateway). The phone app forwards them to that computer over the connection you configured (Wi‑Fi, Tailscale, or your tunnel).

Hermes Mobile does not require you to create a ThumbGate or Google account inside the app. Pairing is device-to-computer.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Optional analytics go to PostHog. Optional crash reports go to Sentry. Those vendors act as service providers. We do not use the data for advertising.

Retention

Local app data is removed when you uninstall. Analytics and crash records are retained only as long as needed to operate and debug the apps, then deleted or aggregated.

Delete your data

Use the Hermes Mobile data deletion page or email iganapolsky@gmail.com with subject “Hermes Mobile data deletion” and the app name (Hermes Agent Remote & Leash or Hermes AI Agent Leash). We will delete or anonymize analytics and crash records tied to your device.

Children

These apps are not directed at children under 13.
