How to request deletion

Uninstall Hermes Agent Remote & Leash or Hermes AI Agent Leash from your phone. That removes local app storage.
Email iganapolsky@gmail.com or privacy@thumbgate.ai with subject Hermes Mobile data deletion.
Name the app (Hermes Agent Remote & Leash or Hermes AI Agent Leash) and, if you can, the device or approximate install date.

We will delete or anonymize PostHog analytics and Sentry crash records tied to that install. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

What we can and cannot delete

We can delete analytics and crash records we hold.
We cannot reach files on your computer. The Hermes agent on your Mac / Linux / Windows machine keeps its own logs until you delete them there.
Play / App Store purchase receipts stay with Google or Apple.
